30th Annual Santa Shuffle & Elf Walk

It is time to lace up the running shoes and put on those reindeer antlers for the 30th Annual Santa Shuffle and Elf Walk. While this will be a virtual walk/run this year, the Salvation Army says the need has never been greater, and participants are critical.

“The Salvation Army in Kelowna/Lake Country has seen a 61 per cent increase in the number of individuals and families looking for support since the start of the pandemic” said Captain Darryl Burry, Lead Pastor and Executive Director of the Kelowna Salvation Army. “When you register for this race, and with the pledge money you raise, those funds go directly to support our year-round support services.”

There will be a virtual opening/closing ceremonies which will be streamed live on www.Facebook.com/SantaShuffle at the following times:

• Opening Ceremony: Saturday, Dec. 5th at 9:00 am PST

• Closing Ceremony: Saturday, Dec. 12th at 9:00 am PST
