The City of Vernon is reminding business owners that their licenses need to be renewed ahead of the new year.
Business licenses are required to operate in Vernon, and renewal fees are due by January 1, 2025.
For people who have no changes to their business information, renewals can be done through Vernon’s MyCity web potal.
The city stated the ongoing Canada Post labour dispute may cause some delays in business owners receiving their renewal notices by mail, and encouraged people use the MyCity service to access thir license information.
