Vernon connects to ‘Modern Happiness’

A local charity is bringing a virtual event called Modern Happiness to the Powerhouse Theatre in Vernon.

The Emily Dahl Foundation will present the event featuring keynote speaker Eric Termuende on Tuesday November 3 at 7 p.m.

Termuende is described as a leading keynote speaker focused on workplace and company culture. He covers the shifts that can be made to attract and retain talent.

Sherman Dahl from the foundation said although there will be limited seating for the live event, the session will be broadcast virtually for all to participate.

“This will be major event and a major initiative for the Emily Dahl Foundation,” Dahl said. “It’s also great exposure for the local Vernon community and the Powerhouse.”

Dahl said Termuende’s last virtual talk had over one million viewers, adding he is very passionate about the topic and The Emily Dahl Foundation.
